You can call me on 07776 434987. I often don’t answer calls from withheld numbers, if I am driving or engrossed in a repair!. If I don’t answer please leave a short message and I’ll get back to you. If your number is withheld, please leave one I can contact you on or send an email.
Before you send an email about lacquer, please read my list of Frequently Asked Lacquer Questions – the answer may be there. Please send links to images (e.g. on eBay) instead of attachments if at all possible.

To maximise your chances of a swift reply:
- please give your email a relevant subject line so that I don’t mistake it for spam
- give your (real) name
- don’t ask for a read receipt as it is impolite and I hardly ever send them and
- please don’t tag your mail as urgent.
It always helps if you say what make and model your guitar is.
