  1. Hi Steve,
I thought you could do with more pics of your great Nitro colours. It was so easy to apply and has already dried to a pretty hard state even in this weather.

The story – I found this 69 Mustang in my mates kids sandpit in Africa. It was pretty past it except the neck was still straight. The body looked like a pringle crisp with large cracks. Hardly any bright work except the neck plate and tuners. It took some years to decide to finally get it sorted. The body was stripped and left in a pan of linseed oil for about a month. It came out straight, cracks nearly filled in again. I was so pleased that I gave it a respectful rebirth. I wound the pickups to the specs of a 67 and sprayed the body with your Nitro sonic blue and clear. Fantastic paints you have.

I can tell you that the tone is there! its a fat, warm and bright tele sounding axe depending on the many switch settings. I LOVE this guitar. Thanks for selling Nitro in cans for guys like me who do small restoration jobs once in a while. Long may it continue!!

    Kind Regards
    Rob
